We arrived at this remote hotel with high hopes for its beautiful location and stunning views of the mountains. the decor of the room was outdated and not up to our expectations. Despite this, the helpful proprietor made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make a vegetarian meal for us. the bathroom was nice but the towels were rough and exfoliating. the breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunset behind the mountains.
The limited menu options and outdated decor in the room.

Located in a scenic Alpine area with breathtaking mountain views and surrounded by charming old villages, this French hotel was a unique experience. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home, even preparing a special vegetarian meal for us despite the challenge in finding vegetarian options in France. The breakfast was delicious and filling, providing us with energy for a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
While the hotel had character, the accommodations were a bit outdated and bare-bones. The towels were rough and could use an upgrade.

Our Easter break was simply amazing! the location was breathtaking, set in a remote Alpine village with stunning mountain views. the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, going the extra mile to accommodate my vegetarian diet. the specially prepared meal was delicious and the breakfast was simply delightful. Best aspects: We loved watching the red squirrels and enjoying the sunset behind the mountains. Our room was basic, but with a nice bathroom. Plus, it was perfect given that we spent most of our time outdoors. the local hiking trails were a real treat and we really enjoyed exploring the area.
The check-in time was a bit late, but we knew about it in advance. the decor in the room was a bit tired and could use a bit of an update, but this was not a big deal as we spent little time there.

We loved the stunning location with amazing mountain views and the attentiveness of the staff. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was really nice. The staff was helpful and amiable even when producing a vegetarian meal, which can be difficult in this city.
Couldn't stay longer.
